Refund and Returns Policy


At Suzy’s Custom Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at customcreationsbysuzy@gmail.com

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
